Block distractions

Start a time-limited session when you:

- block emails
- block instant messengers (Skype, MSN, Yahoo, ICQ)
- block all or selected websites (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)

Take breaks

Take regular breaks, lock screen every e.g. 30 mins for 5 mins so you don't spend long hours at your monitor. Do some workouts, ventilate your room, give your eyes some rest meanwhile.
