Start a time-limited session when you:
- block emails
- block instant messengers (Skype, MSN, Yahoo, ICQ)
- block all or selected websites (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Take regular breaks, lock screen every e.g. 30 mins for 5 mins
so you don't spend long hours at your monitor.
Do some workouts, ventilate your room, give your eyes some rest meanwhile.
Shutdown your computer in e.g. 30 mins so you don't spend long hours at the monitor when you have to sleep.
